Return and Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, without providing any justification. This is in addition to our standard 30-day return window.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number.

Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

EU Right of Withdrawal — No Restocking Fee If you are exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer, the 30% restocking fee will not apply. You will receive a full refund of the product price. However, return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
